This Step DVD contains 3 blocks of intermediate/advanced level choreography as well as including a basic warm-up and is recommended for instructors with a high level of teaching experience. In this DVD, you will be introduced to slightly complex movement patterns, which you can pull apart and mix around to suit the level and needs of your class, as well as the breakdown techniques to teach each block successfully so your participants can follow easily. Please note that the number of repetitions of each learning curve have been significantly reduced for filming purposes.
