Do I need a membership to view education and make purchases from MyGroupFit?
You do not need a membership to make purchases from MyGroupFit. You will, however, be prompted to create an account if you make a purchase through the site.
MyGroupFit provides one educational article/video free on a daily basis. Level 1 members will get access to a select number of educational articles and videos, while Level 2 members will get unlimited access to our education.
Do I need a membership to view Quick Clips?
We will always make a selected number of quick clips free to everyone, so you will never be without new ideas for your classes! By purchasing a membership, you will have the opportunity to stream additioanl quick clips for free.
How do I purchase memberships for all my group fitness instructors?

How do I change my password or email address?
Login to your MyGroupFit account. Select Edit My Details from the dashboard and enter your new password or email address in the fields displayed.
I would like to cancel my membership – how do I do this?
MyGroupFit memberships are non-refundable and as such can only be discontinued at the end of the annual term. Service to annual memberships will discontinue automatically upon expire and non-renewal of the membership.
Why was my credit card charged a foreign exchange or transaction fee?
Because MyGroupFit’s headquarters are located in London, UK, all purchases made through MyGroupFit.com are processed by a UK bank. Based on their established practices and policies, your bank may assess a small foreign transaction fee to purchases.
How long will it take for me to receive my CD or DVD?
All CDs and DVDs ship from our UK fulfillment center and should be received by most customers in 5 to 7 business days.
How do I print a receipt?
Login to your MyGroupFit account and select My Account from the top of the home page. Select My Payment History from your dashboard. Click the Print icon next to the transaction for which you’d like a receipt to print.
Where do I find albums that I have downloaded from the site?
Login to your MyGroupFit account and select My Account from the top of the home page. Select My Downloads from your dashboard to download the album to your individual computer or device.
How long do I have to download an album that I have purchased?
You will have 1 year from the time of purchase to complete download of an album from your MyGroupFit account to your computer or device. You are permitted 3 downloads during that 1 year period.
Why did the album download to my computer as a single track?
Some of our earliest albums were designed for continuous play so when they download to your computer they will appear as a single track. The latest MyGroupFit music will download as a compressed ZIP folder containing individual MP3 files for each album track.
How do I add music downloads to my MP3 player or mobile device?
All MyGroupFit downloads are in a MP3 format and should play on any device capable of playing audio files. Saving downloaded music to your MP3 player should take three steps. First, download the file to your computer and unzip the compressed folder . Then, transfer the MP3 files to the music program you have installed (e.g. iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc.). Next, sync your music playing program with your MP3 player. Follow our device transfer guide here for full instructions.
My downloaded album won’t play.
Please ensure you have the most current version of your media player installed to your computer. Once you’ve completed any updates please restart your computer and try to play your album again. If you’re still unable to play your album please visit our Tech Help page.
My Quick Clip will not play.
In order for streaming quick clips to play you must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed to your computer. Go to www.adobe.com to upload the latest version.
Minimum hardware requirements to support Adobe Flash Player:

What is a quick clip?
A quick clip is a streaming video, designed to be used as you create your own program or class. Insert of one of these sequences into an existing program or string together a number of clips from the library to create a new and innovative class.
How do I access the streaming quick clip I purchased?
Login to your MyGroupFit account and select My Account from the top of the home page. Select My Streaming from your dashboard and then click the link for the clip you’d like to view. Alternately, navigate to the clip from the Quick Clips landing page to stream directly from the product page. This option will be available as soon as you complete your purchase.
How long do I have to stream a quick clip?
Any quick clips that are purchased as streaming files can be viewed an unlimited number of times.
Can I provide a copy of an article to my client or colleague?
Yes, the articles are for your personal use and for use with your clients. Articles are available to members and non-members so you can also refer others to MyGroupFit.com.
Can I use an article in a client newsletter?
To protect the copyright of our content, we must provide approval for you to use our content for this purpose. Click on Contact and send us a short email detailing the article you want to use and the planned use of the content to attain approval.
